Refund and Return Policy for The Printcraft DTF
At, The Printcraft DTF we take pride in the unique, custom-made garments we create for our customers. Given the personalized nature of our products, our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our garments, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds. Each item is made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.
2. Exceptions for Business Errors
The only exception to our no refund and no return policy is in the case of an error on our part. If your garment does not match your order specifications due to a mistake by our business (e.g., wrong size, color, or significant discrepancy from the design agreed upon), we will address the issue as follows:
Report the Issue: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to report the issue. Please include photographic evidence and a detailed description of the discrepancy.
Return of the Garment: If we determine that the error is on our part, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We will cover any associated return shipping costs.
Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming the error, we will either remake the garment at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
3. Cancellation Policy
Given the custom nature of our products, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after the order is placed. Beyond this period, we likely have begun the process of creating your custom garment, and cancellation will not be possible.
